There is executed course of Attention to Clients for FOGAPI

On December 2, I carry out the course of "Quality in the Attention to Clients " for a group of 14 collaborators of the area of FOGAPI's credit placement. The above mentioned event was at the expense of Mr Fernando Zelada, General Manager of Mercadeando, that using applicative formats and practical cases transfers of an effective way to the participants, the knowledge and principal technologies referred to the topic. The favorable experience opposite to the course now is translated in the possibility of executing during the year trainings for FOGAPI's regional headquarters.

 

Marketing and Sales for Market CONZAC

Between October 20 and 27, 2010, and for direct management of MY BANK it qualified to near 500 merchants of the Market Conzac in The Olive trees in the topics of Basic Marketing and Technologies of Sales. The General Manager of Mercadeando, Mr Fernando Zelada was the capacitador in charge of the above mentioned activity that he congregated to a public enthusiast interested in knowing like to come to his clients of a more effective way. Using photographies of the products of the own participants, the capacitador analyzed and demonstrated some technologies to improve the exhibition of the products in the positions.

   

CAMPO FÉ collaborators in event "Formation of Forming"

On the base of the Experimental Existential Methodology of authorship of our instructing Adela Villareal, the participants acquired the principal tools to lead his processes of training to adults. Between dynamics and reflexive analyses, there was constructed an agreeable environment of learning that gave like proved favorable comments at the end of the activity.
